Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption is open to everyone residing in Peninsula Malaysia.
2. Participants MUST be 21 years old or above and non-muslim.
3. Each receipt is valid for one submission to The Jameson X Dickies Lucky Draw.
4. The Jameson X Dickies Lucky Draw submissions will run from 1st August 2023 – 28th October 2023.
5. The winners will be notified via e-mail or WhatsApp.
6. Winners must comply with this Jameson X Dickies Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw their prizes if the winner does not comply with Jameson X Dickies Lucky Draw’s Terms & Conditions.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and / or suspend the prizes, without having to give prior notice. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to replace any prize with other items of equal value, at any time, without giving any prior notice. All prizes are claimed on an "as is" basis and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other items or vouchers either in part or in full.
8. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer does not entitle the participant to make any claim or receive compensation from the Organizer for any loss or damage suffered or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirect arising out of or in connection with the cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Organizer.
9. The winner and/or their beneficiaries shall be fully responsible and liable in the event of any loss, incident, injury, damage, claim or accident (including loss of life) as a result of participating in the game, claiming and/or using the prizes. The winners and/or their beneficiaries further agree to release and does not hold the Organizer responsible for any liability.
10. This written notice ("Notice") is intended to inform you that your personal data is processed by or on behalf of Pernod Ricard Malaysia ("Pernod Ricard Malaysia" or "us"). In addition, by submitting this Contest form, you hereby consent to the retention and processing of your personal data by Pernod Ricard Malaysia in the manner set forth in this Notice. We will process the personal data you have provided to us including but not limited to name, identity card number, contact number, address and other information we require from you in the Contest form. Pernod Ricard Malaysia will process your personal data, including any additional information you may provide to Pernod Ricard Malaysia, for the purpose of conducting contests and contacting you (if necessary).
11. The personal data you provide to us may be disclosed to our service providers only for the purposes mentioned above. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide to us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is updated.
12. By participating in Jameson X Dickies Lucky Draw, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Jameson X Dickies Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions and accept that all decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or omit any part of Jameson X Dickies Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to the participants and participants shall be bound by the changes.
